About the role

Working 40 hours per week with a 10am start, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipments, deliver and order processing.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers
• Processing bookings effectively and accurately

About you

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving inquiries promptly. A customer-centric approach, along with problem-solving abilities, will be essential in addressing diverse challenges that may arise. Adaptability, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key attributes that will contribute to success in this role. Experience in Customer Service, particularly within logistics, is preferred.
