Customer Service Assistant / Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Delivery ExecutiveCommutable to East GrinsteadUp to £23,160A market-leading business is looking for a Customer Service Delivery Executive to give front-line phone and email help to a portfolio of clients while comprehending their unique needs and delivering high-quality customer support on all aspects of their delivery requirements.Package£20,000 - £23,160 depending on experienceBonus schemeBirthday leave50/50 hybrid after probation (6 months)HolidayPension Customer Service Assistant /Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Delivery Executive ResponsibilitiesResponsible for resolving day to day queries relating to the successful delivery of their goods.Actively support operational change while effectively minimising production and service disruption.Operate a frontline telephone/email supportWork in partnership with the other areas of the business as necessary to ensure timely delivery of all shipments.The processing of all orders and any correspondence regarding those orders with the client and other departments, as well as handling daily issues.Log all internal/external customer issues on Drive and, where applicable, propose solutions to help with the repair.In charge of communicating any issues or information that may have an impact on service delivery.Responsible for managing live chat, responding to inbound inquiries, and forwarding them to the appropriate departments within agreed-upon timeframes.Work in close liaison with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders and externally with customers to facilitate for client satisfactionMonday – Friday 9:00 – 18:00 (40 hours a week)Customer Service Assistant / Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Delivery Executive RequirementsExperience as a Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Delivery Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Agent or any role that is customer focused would be beneficial.Previous knowledge and experience of delivery services (desirable)Experience providing Customer Service in the past, meeting timelines and SLA obligations, and having demonstrated financial responsibility.Good knowledge of MS Office skills, particularly Excel & Outlook.Previous experience working on a ticketing system is beneficial.Commutable to East Grinstead
