The successful candidate will be responsible, under the guidance of the Front of house Duty Managers for effectively assisting customers, usher duties, security, cleanliness, safety of customers and emergency procedures.

Handling cash and banking processes are essential to the role.

You will be supported in delivering the high standards of Customer Service that are required at the Grand Theatre / Brangwyn Hall.

The post is a relief term contract, working evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required with the demands on the building.

You will be working as part of a team in these prestigious buildings to maintain its high standards using appropriate materials and equipment.

Full training is given for this role.
