We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Services Consultant to join our motivated team in the luxury travel industry. Day-to-day of the role:- Ensure all passengers have correct invoices and that correct invoices are received from suppliers.
- Guarantee timely delivery of tickets to passengers, ensuring accuracy, and confirm e-tickets are printed off by checking our system.
- Assist clients with their voyager personalisers.
- Monitor timely payments from passengers and ensure prompt payment to suppliers.
- Use your experience to support the Sales Team in all aspects of their work.
- Provide daily assistance to the Finance Director, Customer Services Manager, and Assistant Manager.
- Address any pre- or post-cruise questions from our clients.
- Customer service experience is essential; travel Customer Service experience is an advantage.
- Must have own car and full driving licence.
- Residency in the Reading area for at least three years is a preference.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Competitive salary of £24,500 per annum.
- Monday to Friday working hours, with no weekend work required.
