Customer Service Coordinator

Future Build Recruitment are actively looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in the Hampshire area to work for a recognised contractor in the construction industry. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for dealing with customer concerns received by telephone or written communication and co-ordinate and administer all activities in a timely and professional manner, delivering commitment to the customer journey.
