To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to come and join our team at our Mossend site in Bellshill, ML4 1RR
Specific responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone and email.
• Checking of Addresses, Pricing, Discount, Product and Haulage Availability.
• Entry of Quotations, Sales Orders, Samples Requests and Schedules into JDE system.
• Investigating credit requests and additional invoices.
• Preparing Credit notes.
• Ensure that regular and accurate updates are made on company CRM package.
• Liaising with Transport
• Order Book and schedule Clearance
• Checking of Acknowledgements
• Working with external team and customers to promote stocks and increase sales
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• Excellent Customer Service delivery and relationship building
• Good interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
• Evidence of working as part of an effective team
• Participation in training events, which may necessitate travel and overnight stays
• Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills
• Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative
• Working knowledge in Microsoft applications including email, Excel and Word.
• Full driving License
Knowledge of the construction industry desirable but not essential.
