Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
