Juice is looking for a Customer Service/Administration professional to join a financial services company in Trowbridge.
No prior office-based experience is needed! But you would need to possess excellent communication and time-management skills, be confident, proactive and possess good IT skills.
We are looking for candidates from a variety of Customer Service/administration backgrounds, who are seeking a brand-new challenge. This role could suit someone looking to gain experience in an office environment, or someone coming out of hospitality or retail. Perhaps a graduate or equivalent looking to gain commercial experience.
DAY TO DAY:
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls
- To establish the customer’s reason for calling and help with any queries they have
- To support by conducting a review of customers bank statements
- To work within agreed policies and procedures, and will receive quality assurance checks
- Supporting with general administration and keeping internal CRM system up to date
- Ensuring customer queries are resolved in a timely manner
