Baker Snell Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning Exeter-based employer, seeking highly motivated individuals for their Customer Services team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for their customers, delivering exceptional service and supporting company goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Front line support
- Handling new and sometimes unique situations, supporting customers
- Maintaining relationships with internal teams
- Ongoing training and learning to keep knowledge up to date
We are looking for:
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for Customer Service.
- Previous experience in dealing with customers and providing high levels of service
- IT literate and familiar with MS Office products
