• Coordinating technicians to resolve any problems
• Checking with customers that all problems have been rectified
• Updating information onto the system

As the Customer Service Coordinator you will have:

• Experience of delivering great Customer Service
• Problem solving capabilities
• Excellent prioritisation skills
• Good computer skills
• Great organisation skills
