Location: UK-Cambridgeshire-St Ives PE27 4LG

Starting Salary: GBP21,000, with increments after 9 and 18 months up to GBP27,000. For the Soft Sales role, there is an additional commission (up to GBP1000/month, avg GBP600 uncapped).

Shift Pattern: Bi-weekly rotation.

• Week 1: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30
• Week 2: Monday & Friday, 10:00 - 18:00; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 10:30 - 18:00; Saturday, 08:30 - 16:00

Working Arrangements: Hybrid (post-training) 2 days/week in office.

Training Period: 6-8 weeks of comprehensive training before transitioning to a hybrid working model. Training is avaliable to everyone & not dependent on specific industry experience.
