Customer Service/ Order Processor

Your new company
My client, based in Birchwood, Warrington, is seeking a professional Customer Service / Order Processor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The position is being offered full-time Monday-Friday with working hours from 08.30am - 17.00pm. A hybrid model is in place once you are fully trained and able to work completely unassisted. This normally takes between 6-12 months. You will be joining a large team who specialise in a variety of service projects and act as the main point of contact for all customers. Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone and email.
Dealing with all customer enquiries
Checking stock availability
Assisting with general product queries
Liaising with the logistics and operational team
Chasing outstanding customer orders
Working closely with the Sales team supporting the onboarding of new customers
Setting up customer price files and providing customer reports
This is an exciting and varied role and would suit someone who is used to working within a fast-paced-service-orientated environment.
What you'll need to succeed
A proven history within an office-based service position
Passionate about going that extra mile
Used to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong eye for detail
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages
What you'll get in return
