We are recruiting for a Customer Service Programme Lead to join one of our customers based in Milton Keynes.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing company who really look after their customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with customers gaining a real understanding of their business and needs.
- Oversee all accounts, monitoring and controlling costs.
- Working in collaboration with other departments Looking at continuous improvement.
- Meet with clients to review service.
- Management reporting and KPI control/analysis looking at performance.
- Planning and forecasting working in partnerships with other areas of the business.
- Training new team members.
You will need:
- 3-4 years experience managing projects.
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing/IT industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes.
- Knowledge of ITAD industry.
Hours of work: 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs (with an early finish on a Friday 4pm)
