Customer Service Programme Lead

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Programme Lead to join one of our customers based in Milton Keynes.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing company who really look after their customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with customers gaining a real understanding of their business and needs.
• Oversee all accounts, monitoring and controlling costs.
• Working in collaboration with other departments Looking at continuous improvement.
• Meet with clients to review service.
• Management reporting and KPI control/analysis looking at performance.
• Planning and forecasting working in partnerships with other areas of the business.
• Training new team members.

You will need:

• 3-4 years experience managing projects.
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing/IT industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes.
• Knowledge of ITAD industry.

Hours of work: 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs (with an early finish on a Friday 4pm)
