About the role
As a Customer Service Representative in our team, your primary focus will be to maximise sales oppourtunities by efficiently converting quotes in to confirmed orders. You'll play a vital role in meeting and exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service and support. Additionally collaboration and teamwork are essential as you'll work closely with colleagues to achieve collective goals and drive overall success.
Main Responsibilities
- Generation of sales opportunities by responding to customer quotation requests
- Develop competitive quotations for customers
- Build rapport with customers to fact find and understand their needs and provide a solution.
- Utilise opportunities to up sell and cross sell our extensive product portfolio and services to maximise sales revenue
- Follow up on quotations with a view to secure order conversion, documenting outcome accordingly
- Consistently providing a first-class service to our customers and ensuring that all data records are correct and up to date
- Strive to achieve all department and individual targets including revenue, PGM, conversion etc.
- Meet Data Quality Targets in relation to Credits/returns, Keycode capture and account creation.
