This contract could be working full time or part time hours and candidates will need to be approachable and willing to assist others. Clear, concise communication skills and a strong Customer Service ethos will be essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing efficient, effective Customer Service to all customers visiting reception and customer access points.
- General administrative support to the Customer Service team.
- Prioritising first contact services for customers, helping them interact with on-site partners and third-party providers where appropriate.
- Ensuring compliance to company policy and procedure when answering customer enquiries and records and information are maintained accurately.
- Taking receipt of proof of documentation from customers and ensuring all documentation is indexed and scanned onto the appropriate systems.
- Preparing and issuing visitor badges.
- Receiving occasional post and deliveries on reception.
Full Time hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm and Part Time hours ideally 1.00pm to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Hourly rate is £12.50-13.00ph.
