Customer Service Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Utilize Google Suite and other software applications to perform administrative tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and office software applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
