Customer Service Receptionist - Apprenticeship - 13793

Pendle View Medical Centre (Nelson) are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Receptionist. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship over the duration of 17 months.
Job Details:
• Welcome patients in to the practice
• Booking patients in using the system
• Entering data on the system
• Answering phone calls and making outgoing calls
• Care navigation of the patients
• Meet and greet professionals visiting the surgery
• Offering a timed appointment to the patient
• Organising and prioritising own workload
Requirements:
• Flexibility
• Reliable and punctual
• Private and confidential
• To be able to start work at 8am or cover an afternoon until 6.30pm, and 1 evening until 8.30pm.
• Tidy, smart, clean appearance.
• Keen to learn and to be a front line staff member.
Hours of Work:
Mon - Fri 8:00am - 6:30pm / 30 mins Lunch / Rotating Shifts / 37.5 hours per week / 1 evening until 20:30 / 30 min lunch
