Your role plays a pivotal part of this company's success. You will be providing world-class service to its customers, by achieving the key measures of success.
This is a varied and exciting role, encompassing client and stakeholder contact, training, compliance and analysing and compiling data.
Requirements for the role:
- Great rapport building skills, proactively responding to clients needs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Listening skills are a must
- Ability to multitask
- A head for numbers and interpreting sometimes complex data
- Microsoft office skills to an intermediate level
- The ability to work on your own initiative and to think on your feet
- Ability to work in a fast paced and varied role
