Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat platforms, delivering personalised and empathetic support.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
