Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat platforms, delivering personalised and empathetic support.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle a high volume of inquiries.
• Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
