Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their dedicated team. With a passion for providing exceptional service, you will play a crucial role in responding to customer enquiries and ensuring all administration is carried out accurately and on time.
For this role you will be able to work on a hybrid basis, based within the Aylesbury office one day a week. The role is on a temporary basis for a 12 month period, the working hours are full-time 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, you will also be required to work one Saturday morning in four, in return you will get a day off in the week.
As a Customer Service Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Making outbound calls for tasks such as missed payments, information gathering, and new client applications
- Responding to customer enquiries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all documentation
- Handling and attempting to resolve customer complaints
- Maintaining accurate client information using computer systems

- Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and strong keyboard skills

- Ability to cope well under pressure with determination and perseverance
