You don’t need to come from an insurance background. We have a fantastic Learning & Development team who will teach you everything you need to know and a leadership team who will support and empower you to continue to learn and grow throughout your career. We just want people who share our passion for caring for our customers and making a real difference.

The starting salary for this role is £22,000. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am- 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am- 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am- 4:00pm and we operate on a shift rotation basis (Flexible working options available)

What would I be responsible for as a Customer Service Representative?

  • Delivering exceptional levels of Customer Service through multiple communications channels including phone, emails, and letter
  • Working as a team to achieve strong customer performance results, providing a service to all of our customers (internal and external) that is memorable for the right reasons and builds our reputation as a great company to work for and do business with
  • Developing and enhancing customer relationships, keeping them updated at all times through a number of communication channels such as telephone and email
  • Having courageous conversations with customers and delivering difficult messages with tact and empathy
  • Making quick and effective decisions in what can be a high pressured environment
  • Protecting our business by identifying fraud and taking appropriate action
  • Adhering to legal requirements, industry regulations and quality standards
  • Undertaking other duties over and above those listed, appropriate to your skills and experience.
