Working as part of a fun and friendly Customer Service Team, this busy and varied role will see you being responsible for:
* Answering incoming enquiries for business-to-business customers via telephone and email
* Processing customer orders, handle enquiries, monitor orders and proactively act on any issues that may arise
* Keeping up to date with product knowledge
* Liaising with various departments regarding stock, deliveries and dispatch of orders
Experience Required:
* Previous experience of working within a Customer Service role in a call centre
* Strong communication skills
* CRM system knowledge ideally, or the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
* High attention to detail
Benefits and Hours:
* Monday to Friday: The team alternate between 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm working hours on a rota basis.
* Working one Saturday in six (8 per year) - hours are 8.30am - 2.30pm
