Duties
- Assisting the sales team and manager in a range of sales administrative duties
- Deal with customer queries and provide excellent service
- Opening of new accounts for clients
- Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience within an office based customer service role
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skill, on telephone, email, and face to face
- Computer literate, with excellent knowledge of MS office suite
- Excellent communication skills
