Great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service /Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced, hugely successful market-leading Company, based in High Wycombe, Bucks.
Specialising mostly on one specific brand of the business, you'll be working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure an excellent Customer Service is maintained for clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaison with the customer base on a regular basis, to maximise order values
- Manage customer queries, identifying the best solution to ensure satisfaction
- Process customer orders via telephone calls, emails or website
- Handle enquiries, quotes, sales invoices and credits using the CRM system
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Demonstrable Customer service experience within a phone-based role
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to resolve difficult queries/complaints
- Good IT skills knowledge including CRM systems
- Ability to prioritise your tasks, managing your time effectively
- Enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team environment
