Key Responsibilities:* As part of our continued success and our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a talented post sales specialist / Customer Service Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the next stage of our company's development and help us to continue to develop as one of the world's leading cycling travel Companies
* As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of post sales booking support, with a particular focus on post sales bookings. Your key responsibility will be booking hotels, bikes and transfers and liaising with our suppliers. You will also deal with post sales amendments and booking changes.
* Daily, you will be speaking to customers and suppliers making changes to bookings, resolving frontline issues, taking payments, and ensuring all elements of a booking are fully confirmed. Working in a fast paced and challenging environment you will always offer a fantastic level of service encouraging customer loyalty and ensuring the brand values are always represented.About you:

* Previous experience working in a phone-based customer Service role, preferably within a KPI driven Contact Centre.
* Knowledge / interest in cycling is desirable.What's on offer?
* Salary - £24,000 - £25,000
* Hybrid working - 4 days in the office and Fridays from home
* 22 days holiday pa, increasing to 25 upon completion of a 3-month probation
