Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a mentor to the sales manager, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality Customer Service by implementing and monitoring service standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues, providing effective and timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse team performance metrics, implementing strategies for continuous improvement and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in Customer Service operations, collaborating with relevant departments to implement changes.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance service offerings and address potential areas of improvement.

Skills required
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of Customer Service software and systems.
