- Contract/Hours - Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5pm

My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their busy and fast paced team due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of an experienced team within an international organisation.
Role:
- The main purpose of your role is to support a Customer Service team who are responsible for managing sales orders from receipt to delivery whilst ensuring excellent Customer Service is delivered at all times
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager by acting as the first point of contact to deal with queries from internal team members
- Working with senior management to ensure correct staffing levels and training are in place to Customer Services personnel
- Handling customer queries, managing order processing, and communicating with other internal departments
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience working with a Supervisory / Team Leader role
- International shipping experience / knowledge of exports (desirable)
- Positive approach
- Able to use own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport Excellent telephone manner
- Good PC literacy including competence in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
