Duration: 6 Month Contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm - 1 Saturday in 4 9am - 5pm
Overview of Customer Service Support
Managing the customer facing link of the supply chain with the purpose of providing accurate delivery information and problem solving to achieve consistent successful delivery for our customers with exceptional Customer Service. They receive escalated communication from internal and external customers by phone or e-mail with the purpose of providing satisfactory solutions in a high pressure, demanding environment.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Support
• Respond to a high volume and variety of customer delivery inquiries, solving problems to satisfy both customers and the business.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional communication per department SLA.
• Anticipate customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete customer records and administrative tasks accurately.
• Proactively inform customers about any delivery changes and negotiate relevant charges for additional services.
Key competencies of a Customer Service Support
• Passion to deliver excellent Customer Service
• Excellent organisation skills
• Good working knowledge of basic computer programmes
• Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way
