Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving orders from customers and reps, both over the phone and face to face
- Dealing with sales over the counter
- Dispatching goods from the system by confirming deliveries
- Generating sales invoicing runs
- Checking the accuracy of the invoicing
- Posting of invoices to customers and consolidation invoices for key accounts
- Daily cash reconciliations
- Preparing bank lodgements
- Looking after Month-end procedures
- Responding to customer queries
- Any other ad hoc administration duties required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), at grade C or above
- OR 3 years' recent experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and Team Members
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Highly numerate
- Competent in the use of MS Office packages
