We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Trainer to work with our team. Candidates will be asked to present training proposals in advance of face to face interviews.
The Role - the role is office based
Train the team in all aspects of the role.
Conduct training needs analysis.
Create training plans.
Create re training plans.
Developing LMS content.
The Person
Will be an excellent communicator and trainer with proven Customer Service training experience . Retail experience will be an advantage.
Will display outstanding people skills.
Skills and Qualifications
Customer Service training experience 3-5 years.
Ability to assess needs and convert them in to relevant training programmes.
A track record of SOP training.
Be familiar with training best practice and adult learning methods.
LMS experience.
