What you would do as our Customer Service Administrator
We want someone to provide technical assistance and understand our product range to proactively maximise all sales opportunities. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop relationships with existing customers by promoting our products and services and providing an exceptional service by resolving queries and issues ain a timely manner.
You would also:
- Provide effective support to the Sales teams, Marketing and Product Management as well as support their projects.
- Understand customers’ terms and conditions and ensure order requirements are properly accepted.
- Operate effectively and efficiently within current policies and KPI targets relating to pricing, order entry, complaint handling, email enquiries and telephone response.
- Process credits for authorised concerns and agreed returns.
- Proactively reduce the level of customer concerns by carefully implementing corrective actions and immediate containment measures

- Has strong communication skills both written.
- Demonstrates a flexible approach, enthusiastic, confident, and motivated to achieve challenging targets.
- Is a team player and is willing to adapt to new challenges and build effective relationships.
