Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Care Administrator to join our award-winning team.
Job Purpose
To support the Customer Care Lead and Field Service Engineers in the effective and efficient operation of the dept. to deliver best in class service to our customers.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Primary duty is contacting customers to book engineers works
- Updating works onto the schedule
- Updating line manager with new works booked for review
- Sending of job quotations
- Sending engineers job sheets to the customer for works completed Dealing with customer requests on a daily basis
- Administering the building of new customers information into our systems
- Administering customer Systems such as Ecovardis and Avetta
- Invoicing of completed jobs daily
- Other admin duties as required
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 1 years experience in an administrative role
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English at grade C or above
- Competent in use of Microsoft suite, e.g. emails, word and excel
- Good attention to detail
- Good communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with the CK team, 3rd party suppliers and customers
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong teamworking ethic
