You will support our thriving team in coordinating and distributing insurance renewal documents for new and existing customers. You will also perform general administrative tasks around the office such as printing, scanning, data entry, taking calls, Process all customer instructions for policy amendments Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities and activities to new and existing customers. Obtain customer appointments for our Financial Adviser and acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products, as applicable to product licences. .
