We are recruiting a Customer Services Assistant who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, manage claims from start to finish, and other administrative tasks relevant to the role.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, demonstrated during incoming calls and emails.
- Ensuring claims are managed from initial notification through to completion.
- Handle any complaints cases and escalate any potential issues to management as appropriate.
- Provide assistance to account handlers including processing refunds, allocating outstanding cash, insurance Bordeaux
- Process direct debits for additional life and other specialist policies
- Working within the team to ensure all tasks, emails and other duties are performed in a timely manner and or to meet deadlines
- Production of reports, both regular requirements and ad-hoc requests as necessary.
- Due diligence in administration, policy documents and processes
- Excellent client service focus; the customer is always your top priority
- Generate and driving new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Actively deal with ambiguity and have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
- Continually building your industry knowledge and seeking development
- Ability to work on own initiative and also be a team player
- IT confidence –Experience using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- GCSE or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable but not essential:
- Working Knowledge of general insurance products
- Previous experience working in customer service/sales roles
- Experience using Acturis and CDL
