THE ROLE
The heart of the role is a passion for quality and producing high levels of customer satisfaction, through highly motivated and target driven people.
You will be engaging with our customers providing exceptional service and support, receiving enquires and exploring additional requirements. The role requires timely and accurate reply to all the incoming emails, taking inbound calls from new and existing customers, making outbound follow-up calls to help customers with their enquires. This requires working closely with all departments in C365 while ensuring that quality and accuracy is maintained throughout.
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
We have two roles available Option 1 and 2
Hours:
- Option 1 37.5 hours pw
- Option 2 30 hrs pw
Shift pattern: You will do a 7.5 hour shift between 07:00-22:00
- Option 1 Thurs- Mon (Tues & Wed OFF)
- Option 2 Sat-Tues (Wed/Thurs/Fri OFF)
Salary: £10.42ph with the opportunity to increase with KPI's up to 6% (this will be reviewed in April in line with national minimum wage)
- Option 1 £20,319.00pa
- Option 2 £16,255.20pa
Location: Hybrid- Bowthorpe, Norwich, UK
Start Date : ASAP
