CUSTOMER SERVICES / OFFICE MANAGER / MALVERN / EXCELLENT SALARY & GREAT BENEFITS

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Customer Services / Office Manager, to join a market leading organisation looking to build a global brand.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join us as the Head of Customer Services. This leadership role will be based in Malvern, Worcestershire, and will involve managing a small team, overseeing general office operations, and serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Working hours - 08:00 to 17:00 (Mon - Fri).

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Services / Office Manager:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated Customer Services team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office management.
  • Offering hands on support where necessary with the customer service team.
  • Offering support to senior management team with administrative duties when needed.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall satisfaction levels.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in customer service, with a strong track record of achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in office management and general business systems.
  • Previous management experience, demonstrating effective leadership and team development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both customers and team members.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to implement and drive customer service initiatives.
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular MS packages.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and export documentation.
