Job description

Are you a Customer Services professional with a talent for leading and motivating small, dynamic teams? They are currently looking for a Customer Services Supervisor to be the primary contact for their complex customer enquiries, dealing with technical products and specifications and deal with any escalated issues.  
Leading the team of 4, your excellent communication skills and professional approach will be crucial as you oversee and elevate their customer interactions through both phone and email. Advising on their diverse product range, liaising with production, purchasing and senior management, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising and supporting the sales team to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions.
  • Overseeing the preparation of quotes and the distribution of sales information.
  • Coordinating with third-party suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Addressing and resolving post-sales concerns with efficiency and tact.
  • Ensuring the team's adherence to high standards of customer service.

To thrive in this role, you should have substantial experience in sales or customer-focused positions where exceptional customer service is a key priority. Ideally experience in a Customer Services leadership role although someone ready to make that move up, will be considered.  A technical acumen, keen attention to detail, and the ability to grasp product specifications are essential.
