Job description

Our client, a large international company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Complaints Handler to join their team in Enfield EN3. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, opening, follow through and closing of complaints files.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails from patients, hospitals, and healthcare professionals regarding patient transport requests and queries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, following the company's complaint handling procedures.
Pass over all complaints and queries to the correct heads of departments.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service and complaints handling role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
Able to commute to EN3 in Enfield
Good English communication both verbal and written.
Hold a current enhanced DBS or will to apply for enhanced DBS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary
11.65 per hour
Working hours
Monday to Friday
