Customer Solutions Assistant (SC5/SC6)
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Assistant. As a member of our Customer Solutions team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our valued clients.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and address customer needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective Customer Solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Proactively identify and address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Offer product recommendations and educate customers on features and benefits.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Hours Per Week: 21.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Week: £17.38
