Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Customer Success Lead for a leading company based in Manchester. This is an exciting position where you will be working with customers to ensure they are gaining the most value from their partnership with the products they have bought.
As a Customer Success Lead you will:
- Provide an exceptional experience for the customers
- Work with customers through their onboarding journey ensuring they are getting maximum value
- Enhance customers journeys
- Undertake reporting and analysis
- Feedback on design and implementation of new products and features
- Be a point of contact for customer queries for new product launches,
- Supporting customers with the onboarding of new products
Skills Needed:
- Customer Success experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage the demands of numerous tasks
- Excellent customer service experience
