About the opportunity:
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our client, a global professional services organisation, specialising in network and performance management working with high-profile brands.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, helping to achieve the maximum business benefits from our market leading SaaS solution whilst demonstrating the value it delivers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring an open channel of communication.
The successful candidate will utilise data and reports to identify issues, hold regular feedback meetings with customers to ensure the SaaS solution continues to meet the needs and priorities of the business.
You will proactively manage contract renewals and subscriptions whilst identifying referrals, cross selling, and upselling opportunities to maximise customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, within SaaS solutions is essential.
- Experience of system implementation and project management.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical and critical thinker.
- An organised individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- A salary of circa £50,000 dependent on skills, knowledge, and experience.
