Our client are a rapidly expanding SaaS business with a large client base and a fantastic market leading product, currently looking to hire a talented Customer Success Manager.
In the role you will be managing relationships, with assigned small and medium market customers. Also to drive usage, identify risks and ensure retention of customers.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a thriving team. In the role your main responsibilities will be:
* Acting as a strategic partner to clients, owning key relationships
* Assisting in the onboarding of new clients
* Guarding customer health, satisfaction, and product adoption
* Expand relationships with existing clients
* Utilise data to identify areas of opportunity
* Optimise existing processes within the company and enhance all Customer Success initiatives
* Develop and share best practices with team members
* Create training documentation for new systems
* Propose creative ideas to automate and scale business processes
To be successful in the position, you will likely be/have:
* Qualification in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
* 5+ years' experience in a CSM position in a B2B SaaS company
* Comfortable presenting in large groups
* Experience in retail or fashion is a bonus
