This role is remote but covering clients in the South/South West region.
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers by helping them to achieve their goals. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and play a vital role in retaining and growing our customer base.
Working closely with customers and Account Managers to deliver improvements, maximise contract performance and identify additional opportunities.
Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators must be maintained to a high standard within the customer s fleet to avoid any contract breaches in line with this he Customer Success Manager is pivotal in driving improvements where needed by influencing key internal stake holders.
