Description
- Drive Customer Success outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing churn.
- Manage customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers.
- Deliver monthly strategy and business reviews.
- Understand customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality of service.
- Manage and influence customer satisfaction scores.
- Create a positive and enjoyable customer experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process.
Profile
A successful Customer Success Manager should have:
- Proven experience of account management/customer service experience.
- Self starter with the ability to be proactive with your work.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
- An understanding of software as a service industry would be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
Job Offer
