We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Support Team in Telensa's office in Cambridge, UK.

The aim of the Customer Success Manager is to make the deployment of customer orders, configuration of network infrastructure and software as efficient as possible, so orders can be fulfilled on time and on budget in a way that delights our customers. As a Customer Success Manager your objective is to be responsible for the continuous improvement of our deployment process so we can ensure we are delivering the best service to our Global customers.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the on boarding of new customers and help them resolve issues.

  • Develop and maintain deployment plans for customers to ensure they are executed on time and with minimal disruption to users

  • Monitor the system during and after deployment to ensure that it is functioning properly and collect and analyze data to improve customer network health

  • Lead service review sessions, documenting minutes, actions and next steps

  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction from a service delivery perspective

  • Manage the transition of services into day-to-day, in line with the contract agreement

  • Coordinate with development, manufacturing and support teams to ensure that the products meet all customer requirements.

  • Guiding new and existing customers through set up and training of our application

Your qualifications

  • Familiarity working in a Software, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering environment or with lighting controls.

  • Previous experience and technical knowledge of IT Services (Linux environment)

  • Past experience in Customer Success Manager / Account Manager role is preferable

  • Customer relationship management

  • Proactive problem resolution

  • Collaboration & Communication skills

  • Time management & ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude

  • Open to infrequent travel
