What's the job?

Do you have experience in Customer Success within a Software business? I'm currently on the lookout for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a well-established player in the technology sector. You'll be responsible for successful onboarding, implementation and post-sales management of the company's software platform. This role will require someone with some technical knowledge of software implementations but you don't need to be a tech wizard to apply!

Required experience;

• Several years working in a software or technical environment within Customer Success
• Strong understanding of the challenges and requirements for software implementation and adoption.
• Proven experience building and maintaining long-term relationship with customers
• Ability to translate technical requirements from customer to tech teams
• Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Customer Success platforms, and project management tools.
