Customer Success Manager - Account Management for IT Services company. Will train from other than account manager areas.

Birmingham/Worcestershire borders. To suit candidate will be located around Birmingham, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Solihull, Henley-in-Arden, Worcester along the M5/M42/M6 corridors.

£40,000 - £45,000 - Hybrid flexible working, with occasional client visits.

Applause IT are looking for an experienced and driven Customer Success Manager to join a leading IT solutions provider. Your role will be pivotal in cultivating and enhancing customer relationships and bridging the gap between the company and their valued clients.

As part of your role as Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling any queries. You will be assisting with and supporting customer growth, promoting the company's services and products, and leveraging customer relationships to generate referrals and spotting upsell and cross selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent ability to build rapport and forge relationships with customers, helping to drive success for the company and by building up long-term loyalty.

The successful Customer Success Manager should have:

  • Prior experience in either a Customer Success or account management position.
  • Previously worked in the IT or software sector or similar.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as great problem-solving abilities and commitment to on-going personal learning and development.
