Customer Success Representative

• Position: Customer Success Representative
• Salary: £28,000 to £35,000
• Location: Hove - Hybrid
• Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with flexitime
• 25 days Holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day off on your birthday, free parking available, pension scheme, hybrid working after training, team bonus

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative or Client Account Manager to join an international company in the financial sector to work both proactively and reactively with customers and clients to ensure the best customer experience and achieve revenue growth with existing clients.

The role involves:

• Upselling new services to existing clients
• Proactively retaining customers
• Handling any complaints & updating processes internally to resolve these in the future
• Conducting check-ins with customers to capture feedback on service, future solutions, and referring value add partners
• Handling any negotiations of discount requests & fee reviews with legacy clients
• Re-engaging customers who have stopped responding or whose accounts may be in arrears

This role requires someone with previous experience in Customer Success or Account Management who ideally has worked within the Financial sector or similar.
