Main duties:
You will be the main point of contact for German and English speaking clients. You will support them as well as advising them on services available in order to maximise trading operations
The Role:
Act as a customer service advisor for clients based both in Europe and in the UK
Promote the company's services and increase sales opportunities
Regularly touch base with existing clients to assess their needs and offer relevant services
Process enquiries promptly and accurately
Liaise with the sales and administration departments efficiently
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
- Administrative or Customer Service experience
- Excellent communications skills
- IT literate
- Good attention to detail
