The Opportunity:
This is a maternity cover position, but the expectation is there will be a longer-term role there!
Take the reigns of this Customer Success Team responsible for over £50mil of business revenue, help them develop, grow and thrive!
This Customer Success function is in its infancy so there is room to really make your mark. Develop new metrics for success, new ways of doing and new way of delivering customer excellence!
We want a thinker and a challenger!
You will own a small book of accounts (3 or 4) but will otherwise be focussed on driving key results across the team and client base.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A true leader and someone that inspires the team around them.
- Experience in B2B account management, ideally within the ecommerce or marketing space.
- Experience on managing a team in a professional, B2B environment.
- Experience supporting a large portfolio of accounts and an understanding of where to best apply effort to drive outcomes.
- Extrovert and collaborative. You have a great team to work with here!
- Someone that wants to be challenged in a fast paced environment.
- Someone that wants to grow and develop themselves! (You’ve got development budget, use it!)

- A base salary up to £50k with a 15% bonus.
